摘要
利用常规和高分辨电镜(HREM),研究了热形变Ti45Al8Nb2.5Mn0.05B(摩尔分数)合金中偏离严格取向关系的α2/γ片层与非严格孪晶关系的γ/γT片层以及这些非平衡片层界面的精细结构,并提出了这些非平衡片层形成的可能位错反应机制。
The α 2/γ lamellar deviating the strict orientation relationship and γ/γ T lamellar without the strict twin relationship in a hot deformed Ti 45Al 8Nb 2.5Mn 0.05B(mole percent) alloy were investigated by the conventionalelectron microscopy and high resolution electron microscopy (HREM), as well as the fine structures on these nonequilibrium interlamellar interfaces. The possible dislocation reactions of the nonequilibrium interface formation were also supposed.
