摘要
本文对多元光度分析的品质因数理论进行了阐述,并分别对环境分析和药物分析中常见的两个分析体系的结果可靠性及方法的适用范围作了讨论。表明多元光度分析方法实为传统单变量分析校正方法的一种拓广,不但可大大提高分析方法的选择性,而且还能对其结果可靠性作出理论性解释,展示了多元光度分析方法取代单变量分析校正方法的趋势。
The multivariate spectrophotometry analysis is considered as a vector extension of the classic univariate scalar analysis. From this point of view the theory of figures of merit of multivariate spectrophotometry is developed. The figures of merit expressing the sensitivity, selectivity, limit of detection and coefficient of the error propagation are defined. They are used to evaluate the reliability of analytical results obtained from two practical mixture examples of environmental and pharmaceutical analyses.
