Study of Building of Simulating Model on Curtain Airbag

摘要 帘式气囊模型相对一般气囊模型复杂,运用Hypermesh和MADYMO等软件建立帘式气囊仿真模型,并通过静态起爆中的展开状态参数和动态起爆中头形物的运动参数曲线对模型进行验证。验证结果表明所建模型准确,可以用于滑台实验及实车匹配实验研究。 The model of curtain airbag (CAB) was more complex than other airbag models. The simulating model of curtain airbag was built with Hypermesh and MADYMO, and was verified according to the parameter of expanding state in the static deployment test and the motion parameter curve of the Free Motion Headform(FMH) in the dynamic deployment test. The results expatiated that the model established was accurate, and can be used for the next researches such as slid platform test and real matching test.
