摘要
为了提高粮食的干燥效果,研究了粮食干燥过程各干燥段粮食含水率的动态变化及其关联因素,提出了粮食干燥系统的智能控制方法,并设计了以DSP为核心的智能控制系统。实现了粮食干燥过程中的品质在线检测和识别的有效控制,解决了目前粮食干燥设备中存在的非稳态过程控制精度低、粮食损耗大、费用高等问题。
In order to increase the grain drying effect, the dynamic changes of grain moisture content and its associated factors in each drying stage of drying process were studied, the intelligent control methods for the grain drying system were put forward and the DSP as the core of the intelligent control system was designed. An effective control for on-line quality detection and identification during grain drying process realized, and the problems such as non-steady-state low-precislon process control, greater loss and higher cost in the current grain drying equipment were resolved.
