摘要
通过对国际金融控股集团组织管理模式进行深入细致的对比分析,探讨金融控股公司组织管理机制的关键控制流程,研究表明:金融控股公司只有在硬件上搭建起有效率的管理控制框架,在软件上建立起有效的公司治理机制和风险防范与管理机制,才能把金融控股公司潜在能力转变成现实赢利。
Through a detailed comparative analysis of the organizational and management mode of international financial holding companies, studying on the key control process of organizational and management mechanism of the financial holding company,the results show that the financial holding company should not only construct the effieient management control framework in hardware,but also establish the effective company management mechanism and anti-risk management mechanism in software,which make potential capaeity of the financial holding company turn into realizing capacity.
