摘要
目的:采用离子对反相高效液相色谱法测定硫酸软骨素滴眼液。方法:采用 Zorbax SB C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.004 mol·L^(-1)辛烷对氨基苯磺酸钠溶液(含磷酸0.08%)(10:90),流速0.6 mL·min^(-1),检测波长195nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果:硫酸软骨素线性范围为0.05～0.30 mg·mL^(-1),r=0.9989(n=6);平均回收率为100.0%。结论:本法简便,准确度高,专属性好,可用于硫酸软骨素滴眼液的质量控制。
Objective：To develop ion pair - RP - HPLC method for the determination of chondroitin sulfate eye drops and related substances. Method： A Zorbax SB C18 （4. 6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm） column was adopted ; The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0. 004 mol · L^-1 octyl - （ sodium p - aminobenzenesulfonate） solution （ containing 0.08% phosphoric acid） （ 10： 90） at the flow rate of 0.6 mL · min^ -1 ;The detection wavelength was 195 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃ ;Injection volume was 10 μL. Result：The linear range was 0.05 -0.30 mg · mL^ - 1, r = 0. 9989 （ n = 6） ; The average recovery was 100.0%. Conclusion ： The method is convenient, accurate, specific, and can be used for quality control of chondroitin sulfate eye drops.
