He Jiaoxia is a non-professional athlete who was obtained discus champion of second set of the 12th College Student Games in Zhejiang. This paper researches on amateur discus teaching in colleges and universities by He Jiaoxia＇s 15 months training. It will provide reality reference for coaches of non- professional team.
