两系杂交粳稻N5047S/R9-1的选育和应用 被引量:2

摘要 N5074S是1980年以农垦58S为不育基因供体,与中粳品种“中黎”杂交,经多代连续选择育成,具有不育性稳定,育性转换明显等特点。以N5047S为母本配制的杂交组合N5047S/R6-1经三年多点试种,普遍反映熟期早、产量高、抗性好和适应性强等特点,一般每亩比鄂宜105等常规粳稻增产50~70公斤,与晚籼杂交稻产量相近。该组合种子生产程序简化,制繁种产量高,是一个适宜在湖北省推广的中熟粳型杂交稻新组合。 The PGMS line N5047S was bred by crossing Nongken 58S with a medium matureJaponica variety zhongli. Both single-cross and pedigree method were employed. N5047Sis stable in fertility and obvious in fertility-transformation. The period of sterile is onemonth from the end of July to the end of August in Wuhan (30°27′N). N5047S/R9-1is a late season Japonica ahybrid rice With higher yield potential, wider adaptability strongerresistance to rice blast and bacterial leaf blight. It has been grown 800 ha. since 1987,and the yield of the combination is about 6.75-7.50t/ha.10 percent higher than thecheck vareiety Eyi 105, and similar to the three line system Indica hybrid rice Weiyou64. The seed production procedure of the combination is simplified and seed yield is1.80t/ha.
