摘要
本文叙述吸附溶出分析土霉素的灵敏方法。土霉素及其质子化形态能在汞电极表面吸附富集(-0.60V vsAg/AgCl),溶出峰的数目及电位受pH影响。在pH4—8的溶液中得到4个溶出峰,而在强酸性和碱性介质中仅得到一个主峰。文中讨论了有关的化学和电极反应机理。采用奥氏方波溶出,电解富集5 min的测定限为5×10^(-10)mol/L。
A sensitive stripping voltammetric procedure for determining oxytetracycline (OTC) is described. Both OTC and its proton form are adsorbed on the surface of HMDE at the potential range from -0.10V to -0.75V (vs Ag/AgCl). An accumulation was performed by adsorption at a controlled potential. The stripping peak number and potential are strongly related to pH and four cathodic stripping peaks were observed for OTC in pH 4—8,while only one main peak was obtained in acidic and alkaline solutions. The electrochemical and associated chemical reactions responsible for these peaks are discussed. With 5 min t_(ad) the detection limit is 5×10^(-10)mol/L by Osteryoung square wave stripping model.
