摘要
用湖北光敏核不育水稻农垦58S和农垦58原种的绿色功能叶片为材料,通过离心、盐析、琼脂糖凝胶层析等技术,从农垦58S绿叶中获得了不含叶绿素的光敏色素提取液,并应用分光光度法对其吸收光谱特性进行了初步研究。
The phytochrome was isolated form the green functional leaf of Hubei Photoper-iod Sensitive Genic Male-Sterile Rice (HPGMR) and Nongken-58 by centrfugation, saltrecipitation, DEAE-sepharose chromatography etc. The extract of phytochrome wasobtained with out chlorophyll from green leaf and the preliminary characterization ontheir absorbance spectra were reported.
