摘要
以乳酸乳酸球菌79UVS22为出发菌株,用紫外线、DES、LiCl等多种理化因子进行诱变处理,获得一株乳链菌肽高产突变株DL203,其效价稳定在2000IU/ml以上。对其生理特性的研究表明,DL203菌的生长及发酵最适温度为30℃,最适pH值为7.9,通风可以促进菌体的生长,但对乳链菌肽的产生无影响。
A mutant strain DL-203 with high yield of Nisin is obtained from Lactococcus Lactis subsp.Lactis 79UV-S22 treated by different physicochemical factors. The Nisin activities of fermentation medium are higher than 2000 IU/ml. The optimum pH value and temperature for Nisin production are 7.9 and 30°C, respectively. Ventilation increases the cell mass greatly, but exerts little influence on the Nisin production.
