摘要
建设资源节约型社会既是缓解我国当前资源制约经济发展的有效途径,也是落实科学发展观的具体体现。本文在阐释资源节约型社会内涵的基础上,分析了我国建设资源节约型社会的必要性,指出了建设节约型社会面临的障碍,并提出了对策建议。
Building a resource -saving society is not only an effective means to alleviate the current situation that resources constraint China＇s economic development, but also a concrete manifestation of implementing the scientific concept of development. This paper at first elaborats the elements of a resource - saving society, then analyzes the necessity of building a resource - saving society of China, and finally points out the obstacles in the construction of a conservation -oriented community and puts forward relative proposals.
