摘要
电力部门的统计资料表明,约80%以上的用户停电是由于配电网故障造成的。配电网是否可靠,对用户影响最大,因此对配电网可靠性进行评估,改善配电网供电的可靠在理论上和实际上都具有重要的意义。分析了影响配电网可靠性的原因,提出了改善的措施和方法,尤其是采用网络重构的方法来提高可靠性。
The statistical information from the power department shows that service interruption of the customers of more than 80% is caused by distribution network fault. Whether the netwoek is reliatbility is of the greatest influence to customers. Thus, it is of an important significance on theory and practice to estimate the network reliability and improve the network supply reliability. The paper analyzes the network reliability, propose to improve measures and methods, especially in adopting the network reonsitution to increase reliability.
