摘要
在电力市场环境下,阻塞管理是确保电力系统安全经济运行的重要途径。针对电力系统阻塞管理问题的求解,把混沌寻优思想引入到粒子群优化算法中,提出一种改进粒子群算法,解决了基本粒子群算法易陷入局部极小点的缺陷,从而提高了收敛精度。算例结果表明了提出的算法相对于其他算法的有效性与可行性。
In the electricity market environment, congestion management is a significant issue to ensure secure and economic operation of electricity market. To deal with the congestion management problem, this paper presents an improved particle swarms optimization (IPSO), in which the chaos optimization is embedded into original particle swarm optimization (PSO). By this way, the problem on getting in local best point is easily solved, and convergent precision is improved. A numerical example has proved the feasibility of the proposed method.
