摘要
对红花大金元、K326、G-28和云烟85、317等5个新品种(系)的烘烤特性进行了研究,测定了这些品种(系)的烟叶在烘烤过程中的变黄速度、色素含量变化及失水干燥速度。结果表明:红花大金元在烘烤过程中变黄慢,失水快,难于烘烤;云烟85和G-28的烘烤特性相近,变黄稍快,失水适中,较为好烤;317等4个品系和K326相近,变黄速度居中,失水平缓,较易烘烤。结果还表明:变黄过程中类胡萝卜素和叶绿素降解后的比值,在很大程度上决定了烟叶的黄色程度。因此可用单位时间内二者的比值平均增值表示变黄速度的快慢。
raits for fluecuring among 3 check cultivars,HongDa,K326,G28 and 5 advanced breeding lines were studied.The degree and rate of yellowing,changes in pigments,rate of moisture removal were examined for all entries during fluecuring.The results indicate:Cultivar HongDa is difficult for curing with lower rate of yellowing but higher dehydrating.Yunyan 85 is simillar to G28 in traits for curing,it is easier for both curing with slightly higher rate of yellowing and medium dehydrating.The other 4 lines are close to K326,and their traits for curing is well with medium rates of yellowing and dehydrating.The results also show that the degree of yellowing depend on the ratio of cartenoid to chlorophyll to a great extent.The essential traits for curing are the rates of yellowing and dehydrating,and their cooperation.Thus,the increment of ratio value of cartenoid to chlorophyll in given time may be used to measure the rate of yellowing,and the ratio of average rates of yellowing to dehydrating during yellowing stage may be used to determine the traits for fluecuring among cultivars.
