摘要
田间采集土样测定烟草普通花叶病株与健壮烟株(健株)的根际土、非根际土的几种酶活性。试验结果表明:健株与病株的根际土、非根际土的多酚氧化酶活性无差异;健株与病株根际土脲酶、磷酸酶活性高于非根际土,但病株根际土的脲酶、磷酸酶活性比健株根际土低,分别低39.1%和16.4%;病株根际土的过氧化物酶活性高于健株根际土和非根际土,分别高9.4%和12.6%。
hizospheric and nonrhizospheric soils of healthy and mosaic virus infected tobacco plant were collected and the activities of some enzymes were determined respectively.The results showed that no difference between the activities of polyphenol oxidase in the rhizospheric and norhizospheric soils of both healthy and infected plants.The activities of urease and phosphatase in the rhizospheric soil of both healthy and infected plants were higher than that of nonrhizospheric soils.The activities of urease and phosphatase in the rhizospheric soil of infected plant.However,the activity of peroxidase in the rhizospheric soil of infected plant were 391% and 164% lower than that in the rhizospheric soil of healthy plant.However,the activity of peroxidase in the rhizospheric soil of infected plant was 9.4% higher than that in rhizospheric soil and 12.6% higher than that in nonrhizospheric soil of healthy plant.
