过硫酸钾作为过氧化促进剂,与烧碱、过氧化氢、硅酸钠及专用助剂以最佳比例组合,对棉针织物进行冷轧堆一步法前处理加工,所得半成品质量达到或超过规定标准。与常规煮漂工艺相比,可节约生产成本54%。
Potassium persulfate,as a hyperoxide promoter,mixed with sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide and sodium silicate and special auxiliaries in proportional optimiation,one step cold pad-batch pretreatment of cottom knits is carried out.As a result,the quality of semi-products can reach and overtake the standard.The cost of production can reduce 54% compared with conventional scouring and bleaching process.
