摘要
PBT薄膜或纤维材料是在聚苯撑苯并二噻唑(PBT)的多聚磷酸溶液状态下加工成型后,再经水或稀酸水溶液凝聚而成的。因此少量磷酸的存在标志着溶剂没有除尽,必然会影响材料的力学性能和热稳定性。本文利用FTIR,DSC,磷的发射光谱含量测定等手段分析PBT薄膜中残留磷的结果表明,一部分磷酸与PBT分子中NH_2基缔合,基于它的含量及存在形式,提出PBT材料的热处理有助于减少磷酸的含量,并探讨了消除机理。
PBT film or fiber materials are formed by extrusion moulding of poly(p-phenylene benzobisthiazole)(PBT)from polyphosphoric acid solution, followed by solidification in water or dilute acid solution.The presence of residual phosphoric acid in the materials indicates that the solvent has not been removed completely and damage will be done to the mechanical properties and thermal stability of PBT materials. In this paper the content, as well as the existing forms of the residual phosphoric acid in PBT film has been analyzed by FTIR,DSC and emission spectrometry. The results show that phosphoric acid partly exists as free acidand partly associates with NH_2 group in the molecule due to its incomplete cyelization reaction. An appropriate procedure is thereby suggested to reduce the residual phosphoric acid in order to get PBT film of better quality.
