摘要
研究了3-甲基-2-苯并噻唑酮腙(MBTH)与甲醛的反应条件,探讨了树脂处理织物时可能存在的组分对测定的影响。用此法分析织物中游离甲醛,在本测定条件下,摩尔吸收系数为7.0×10^(-4),显色反应速度较快,显色产物稳定,结果满意。
A spectrophotometric method for determining free-forma1dehyde content in fabric witb 3-methye-2-benzothia-zo1inone hydrazone has been worked out. Tbe reaction conditions and interference from other composition during resin finishing are discussed. Under the determining condition with this method,mo1ar absorbance is 7. 0 X l0', and has the advantages of rapid developing, stab1e developed products and satisfied results.
