摘要
酥梨套袋是生产无公害绿色梨产品的一项重要措施,它不仅保护梨免受病虫害、鸟害,而且减少污染,从而完善品质。本研究通过实验,探讨了套袋对梨幼嫩果实中过氧化物酶活性、粗纤维含量与吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明:套袋后,在初期发育生长过程中,果实内的过氧化物酶和吲哚乙酸氧化酶的活性,及粗纤维含量,均有阶段性显著降低,但后期则趋向接近.这说明套袋处理使果实内部一些酶活性和物质含量发生了变化,对果实的生长发育及最终的果品质量将产生一定的影响.
In the article, we studied the influences of bagging on the activities of POD and IAA oxidase, the content of rough fiber. The results showed that the activity of POD decreased greatly in the bagged fruits in the first two experiments ,while in the last experiment increased, the activity of IAA oxidase decreased in the bagged fruits in the two experiments, the content of rough fiber decreased in the bagged fruits. It was indicatied that bagging treatment made the activites of some enzymes and the content of some things varied. So the treatment would effect to some certain the development and quality of fruits.
