涤/棉混纺股线拉伸力学性能与捻度关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 对 13.1tex设计捻度为 85.6捻 / 10 cm的涤 /棉 ( 65/ 35)混纺环锭纱 ,用退捻、加捻的方法 ,获得 5种不同捻度的单纱。对同一捻度的单纱合股后反向加捻成不同捻度的合股线 ,测量了合股线的断裂强力、伸长、初始模量后 ,发现同一单纱捻度的涤 /棉股线 ,随着合股捻度的增加 ,其断裂比强度出现四个极大值 ,且其分布有一定的规律。 Detwisted and twisted methods are used in the polyester and cotton ring plied yarns(1 3.1 tex,de- sign twist85 .6 twists per1 0 cm.,blending ratio6 5 :35 ) to obtain5 types single yarn with varying twist,we can getthe varying twist plied yarns with same twist single yarns by plying and back twisting.Having tested the breaking strength,elongation at break and initial modulus of plied yarns,the authorfinds the breaking tenacity of this plied yarns have four extreme values,and the distribution of these values have certain regularity. Test the Fibre L ength and Short Fibre Content of Cotton with USTER AFis Xu Jie(1 0 )……… USTER AFis can testeither the nep and trash of cotton fibre,or the mean fibre length and the co- efficient of variation of mean fibre length with weighting method and counting method,itcan ob- jectively reflect the quality characteristics of fibre length and shortfibre content,and can supply a reference basis of rational selecting on spinning process parameters
