摘要
本研究表明,甘蓝型油菜陕2A细胞质雄性不育的主效恢复基因存在于白菜型、甘蓝型和芥菜型油菜中;育性半恢复基因存在于白菜型和甘蓝型油菜中。在所研究的5个甘蓝型油菜恢复系中,其主效恢复基因为一对,且等位;育性半恢复基因可能是一类微效多基因,遗传行为复杂。陕2A不育胞质对杂种一代无不良影响,是一个优良的育种材料。
The restoring fertility genes of Shan 2A cytoplasmic male sterility include majorrestoring genes and partial restoring genes. The major restoring genes exist inBrassica campestris, B. juncea, B. napus, while the partial restoring genes existin B. campestris, B. napus. The major restoring genes of the five varieties of B.napus studied are only one pair of allele but the same allele, the partial restoringgenes may be the polygenes and their inheritance is complex. Shan 2A male sterilecytoplasm has no negative effects on the F_1 hybrids, and it is a good breedingmaterial without cytoplasmic effect.
