宫颈癌前病变的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 宫颈癌前病变是育龄期妇女最常见的疾病之一。宫颈癌前病变的早期筛查和合理干预是预防宫颈癌的重要环节。近年来随着宫颈癌筛查的推广和开展，临床上宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）日益增多，其诊治处理上显得非常重要。美国阴道镜和宫颈病理协会于2003年7月公开发展有关阴道镜下活检组织学诊断CIN的处理指南，为我们规范处理CIN提供了依据。但是如何根据我国实际情况正确和规范处理监测CIN迄今仍是一个值得探讨的问题。
