肺炎性肿块的诊断探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过分析肺炎性肿块的临床和CT资料,加深CT扫描对炎性肿块诊断价值的认识。方法28例炎性肿块行常规CT扫描,5例行增强扫描。所有病例均经手术和病理证实。对炎性肿块的CT表现进行了分析。结果炎性肿块自性别、年龄、临床症状与肺癌无鉴别意义。表现为空洞型、实体软组织肿块型,大多数边缘光滑锐利,少数形态不规则,边缘有轻度分叶,粗长毛刺、突起、胸膜凹陷,并对此征象与肺癌鉴别。结论依据病变、边缘、形态、结合临床资料对炎性肿块可作出正确诊断。
