摘要
在农机保有量相当可观的今天,一些按规定应该报废的农机,由于没有"退出"渠道,在报废之后,不能按照规定完全退出农机市场。再加上信息的不对称,使得很多废旧农机具被弃置,无形中造成了很大的浪费。本文针对这种情况,构建了一个废旧农机产品信息收集和发布的信息系统,并详细介绍了该系统的构成和功能。该系统的特点在于以电话报收和网络报收为信息收集手段,实现了废旧农机产品的信息在区域内最大程度的共享。
Nowadays, with great agricultural machine inventory, because there＇ s no exit channel, some agricultural machine which should have been discarded is still on the way. And in addition with information asymmetry, result in the discarded of the agricultural machine, it＇ s a great waste virtually. Aim at this status, this paper constructs a information system for the recycling and issuance of the discarded agricultural machine information, and introduces the framework and the function of it detailedly. The peculiarity of this system is that it achieve the whole hog sharing of the discarded agricultural machine information in the region, take the measures of telephone and network.
