复杂性高热惊厥患儿血清锌、铅的测定及意义探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察复杂性高热惊厥患儿血清锌、铅的水平,并研究探讨两者间的临床相关性。方法:对2006年8月至2007年5月期间因热性惊厥而前来就诊的38例患儿,设为观察组,并按临床分为复杂型与单纯型。同期随机选取儿保门诊健康体检儿童50例设为对照组,两组入选儿童均抽血做血清锌、铅测定。结果:复杂型高热惊厥患儿血锌均数值较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),血铅均数值较对照组有明显差异性(P<0.05)。单纯型与复杂型高热惊厥患儿血锌、血铅均数值比较,有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论:复杂性高热惊厥患儿存在微量元素锌减少和高血铅,应引起重视。拟深入研究调整人体微量元素的平衡,治疗高铅血症,以便从分子生物学水平探讨防治本病开辟一条新路,是今后的一项重要课题。 Objective: To study the changes and clinical significance of the concentration of serum zinc and plumbum in children with complex febrile convulsion (FC). Methods: We divided 38 cases of febrile convulsion admitted the hospital into complex febrile convulsion groups and simple febrile convulsion groups by clinical manifestation during August 2006 to May 2007. While 50 healthy children were chosen as the control groups by randomized. The concentration of serum zinc and plumbum were measured and analyzed for each of the 88 children. Results: The concentration of serum zinc descended in order of the groups of the healthy, the simple febrile convulsion and complex febrile convulsion. Analysis of variance showed,while significances among the simple febrile convulsion groups and complex febrile convulsion groups (P 〈 0.05). The concentration of serum plum-bum ascended in order of the groups of the healthy, the simple febrile convulsion and complex febrile convulsion. Analysis of variance showed statistical significances among the three groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The concentration of serum zinc descended, while the concentration of serum plumbum ascended in patients with FC. Hence, studying the relation between febrile convulsion and trace elements could have a unique significance to the prevention and treatment of febrile convulsion.
