摘要
目的:探讨射频汽化仪在关节镜下治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果。方法:自2000年3月～2007年3月,采用Arthro-Care 2000射频汽化仪对203例膝骨性关节炎进行关节镜下手术治疗。按Lysholm膝关节评分标准评价疗效。结果:182例得到随访,时间6～36个月,平均18个月,优61例,良83例,可32例,差4例,优良率79.1%。结论:射频汽化仪在关节镜下治疗膝骨性关节炎具有良好的效果,使手术更简便精确,副作用小,利于患者早期康复。
Objective： To explore the treatment result of ArthroCare radiofrequency in the knee arthroscopic surgery of knee osteoarthritis. Medthods： Arthroscopie surgery was conducted in 203 cases of knee osteoarthritis by using the arthrocare 2000 system from Mar, 2000 to Dec, 2007. The clinical results were evaluated according to Lysholm rating scale. Results： There are 182 patients were followed postoperatively for 6-36 months, average 18 months. Lysholm score showed excellent outcomes in 61 cases, good in 83 cases, fair in 32 cases, and 4 cases of poor, the rate of excellent-or-good being of 79.1%. Conclusions： Application of ArthroCare radiofrequency in the the knee arthroscopic surgery has the good effect on knee osteoarthritis, treatment precision, accurate performance, having less side-effect, which will help patients with early rehabilitation.
