摘要
目的探讨高血压脑出血外科治疗方法及疗效。方法对150例采用手术治疗的高血压脑出血病人临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗效果用GOS评分评价。结果良好55例，轻残43例，重残16例，植物生存10例，死亡26例。结论选择合适的手术方式和手术时机是治疗高血压脑出血，提高患者术后生存质量，降低致残率和死亡率的关键。
Objective To discuss surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Clinical date of 150 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results GOS was used to evaluate the efficacy. 55 cases were good recovery, moderate disability in 43 cases, severe disability in 16 ases, vegetative state in 10 cases, dead 26 cases. Conclusion Choosing right operation way and operation opportunity is very important to improving survival mass and reducing the disability rate and the death rate.
