摘要
将管板视作管子固定支撑下的平板,建立薄管板数学模型,得出了薄管板厚度计算公式;参考GB 151—1989《钢制管壳式换热器》的管板设计计算,提出了适合我国应用的薄管板设计公式;根据应力测定、爆破试验以及使用情况分析,给出了国内薄管板厚度系列表,为薄管板的工程设计提供可靠依据。
A thin-tube-plate mathematical model is established by taking tube plates as plain plates fixed beneath the supports of tubes to find the calculation formula of the thin tube thickness.A design formulation is brought {or- ward for thin-tube plate based on the tube- plate design calculations in Chinese Standard GB151-1989 about 'Steel-made tube-shell heat exchanger'.Series thickness sheets of thin -tube plates are given out as a reliable basis for engineering design of the thin tube plate in ac- cordance with stress test,explosion test as well as the service condition analysis.
