摘要
成人上前牙缺失伴有前牙深覆牙合是一种难治的口腔疾病。为了探讨该方面的治疗，对１５４例患者采用平导式义齿进行修复性矫治，半年内观察疗效，取得了较好效果，总有效率为９７．４％（１５０例）。平导式义齿是矫治成人上前牙缺失伴深覆牙合的一种好方法。
Upper teeth loss in combination with severe overbiting is a recurrent disease of stomatology.To explore the treatment of the disease,154 cases were corrected with horizontal occlusal denture-splints.In half year of treatment,good results were obtained,with curative rate of 97.4%(150 cases).It suggests horizontal occlusal denture-splints is a good method for the disease in adults.
