幽门螺杆菌感染与胃食管反流病 被引量：2

摘要 幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）感染和胃食管反流病（gastroesophageal reflux disease．GERD）的关系曾一度是消化学界的热点问题，这个问题缘于有学者发现随着Hp感染率的下降，食管腺癌和GERD的发病率却明显上升这一事实，这一现象导致了Hp是否对GERD具有保护作用以及GERD患者感染Hp如何处理的争论。
