摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法测定安钠咖片中咖啡因及苯甲酸钠的含量,方法简便、快速、稳定性好,咖啡因平均回收率为99.82%,RSD=0.64%(n=3),苯甲酸钠平均回收率为99.76%,RSD=0.98%(n=3).
Quantitative determination of cnf-feine and Sodium benzcate in caffeine and sodium benzoate tablets using TLC-Scanning method has been re-ported.The method is simple,rapid and stable.The average recovery of caffeine is 99.82%,RSD=0.64%(n=3).and the average recovery of sodium benzoate is 99.76%、RSD=0.98%(n=3).
