摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定了ISDN注射剂的含量。采用NucleosilRpC18色谱柱（250mm×4mm）为固定相，以50％（V／V）甲醇的水溶液为流动相，咖啡因为内标物，检测波长为254um。ISDN的浓度在100～350ng／ml范围内同ISDN／内标峰面积之比成很好的线性关系，回归方程为：Y=-0．0446＋4.63×10－3C，r=0.9999，回收率为100.19±0．25（n＝6）。该法操作简便，测定结果准确可靠。
A HPLC method was estabilished for determining the content of isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN ) injection. The mobile phase was a mixture ofmethyl alcohol-water (50: 50V/V) and a C18 bonded phase column was used. The UV detector was set at254um and the internal standard was caffeine. The standard curve was a linear function of the concentration of ISDN over the range of 100-350μg/ml,r=0. 9999. This method was used for the determination of ISDN iniection with satisfactory results.
