摘要
研究了相间功率控制器(IPC)的基本结构和数学模型,分析通用型IPC在正常运行和短路故障时有良好的潮流控制和限制短路电流特性,但是在断路故障时,IPC中电感和电容元件两端以及节点会产生严重的过电压。为了解决过电压的问题,在通用型IPC基础上加以改进:在IPC的受端加一个接地阻抗,通过调节接地阻抗的参数,从而协调输出功率,无功功率的降低可以使过电压得到降低。仿真说明了该方法的有效性,算例说明增加接地阻抗也能抑制节点的过电压。
The basic structure and mathematic model of IPC (Interphase Power Controller) are researched. General IPC controls power flow in normal operation and restricts short- circuit current during short-circuit fault,but serious over-voltage may occur between the two ends of inductor and capacitor and on the nodes during open- circuit fault. Countermeasure is suggested:impedance is added between the receiving end of IPC and ground. The output power is coordinated by adjusting the parameters of grounding impedance. The decrease of reactive power reduces over- voltage. Simulations indicate the validity of the improved method. An example shows that increase of grounding impedance may restrain the over-voltage of nodes.
