摘要
用离子对反相高效液相色谱法测定人体血浆中氧氟沙里的浓度。以北京制药厂生产的氧氟沙星片为参照标准，随机交叉设计，考察了湖南省岳阳市制药二厂生产的氧氟沙星片的相对生物利用度。8名健康志愿受试者分别口服单剂量两药厂生产的氧氟沙星片（300mg）后，从吸收、分布、排泄上其药物动力学参数均无显著差异（P＞0．05，配对t－test），其相对生物利用度为105％。
Plasma level of Ofloxacin was determined by ion-pair-RP-HPLC with flurometeric detector. The relative bioavailability of Ofloxacin tablet produced by Yueyang No. 2 pharmaceutical factory was studied in eight normal volunteers. A single oral dose of 300mg of Ofloxacin tablets made in Yueyang No. 2 pharmaceutial factory and Beijing pharmaceutical factory was given respectively according toa cross-over design. Pharmacokinectic parameters obtained from our studies showed no significant difference between the two products. The relative bioavailability of ofloxacin made in Yueyang No. 2 pharmaceutical factory was 105%.
