摘要
本文从保健工作实践中总结出实施健康管理,特别是心理健康管理的重要性和必要性,提出了应从健全健康管理机构、建立健康档案、实施健康随访、加强健康教育等方面入手,才能使健康管理制度得到全面落实。
The author made a summary of his practice on health care that psychological health management was very important and necessary for health management of hospital personnel. The author also put forward some methods to reinforce health management regulation, which included perfecting management institution, establishing health archives, carrying out health follow -up, intensifying health education and so on.
