摘要
本文提出一种实现国家人口-经济发展战略决策的决策支持系统.该系统通过高度的人机交互建立决策者与计算机的协同工作方式.系统支持决策过程的情报、设计和选择三个主要阶段,即探索和定义问题,阐明备选方案和选择策略.智能前端在整个工作过程中运用领域专家的知识辅助用户作出决断,完成问题的推理和系统的仿真运行.该系统面向高层次决策部门,为我国人口与经济发展战略决策提供科学工具.
This paper is concerned with a decision supporting system CDSS for the realization of computer-aided design in the field of national population-economic development strategy. CDSS consists of two subsystems, the simulation-modelling system (SMS) or the simulation generator (SG) and the intelligent front (ITF). Enlightened by ITF, a CDSS user can effectively organize a practical simulation system and produce the problem-oriented system behavioral output as well as show his decision preference in the final choice. The problem solving process is characterized by both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Hence the system developed is one with the function of an expert simulation system (ESS).
