摘要
应用四种方法—冷浸法、温浸法、冷浸研磨法、索氏提取法对龙胆草中有效成分进行提取，结果表明，索氏提取得率最高，其它三种方法差异较小。
The results were gained by comparing the methods of cold extraction,cold grind extraction, temperate extraction and Soxhlet extraction in extraction effective composition from Gentian in this paper. The results showed that the Soxhlet methods got the highest percentage and the other three methods had a little difference.
