摘要
研究了锰对贝氏体球墨铸铁组织和性能的影响后,发现锰的偏析使白亮区的数量增加,韧性降低。对锰量为0.8~1.0%的贝氏体球墨铸铁,通过强化孕育、调整硅量、改变等温温度和等温时间,均可消除锰的不利影响,并可以以锰代钼。在球墨生产中的应用结果表明:贝氏体球墨铸铁耐磨性和冲击疲劳性能高于中锰球铁,和高铬球铁相当。
After the study of the effect of Mn on the microstructure andperformance of millingball with Bainite ductile cast iron, that the unevendistribution of Mn increases the number of bright areas and decreases theroughness was found.By strengthening breeding,adjusting the Si content ,changingaustempering temperature and austempering time , the unfavourable effect of Mn onthe millingball with Mn content of 0.8~1.0% can be eliminated and Mo can besubstituted by Mn . The applying result of the millingball production shows thatthe wearability and impact fatigue strength of the Bainite ductile cast iron aresuperior to those of medium Mn cast iron ball and equal to those of high Chromiumcast iron ball.
