摘要
80年代初,氧化钒系大功率PTC陶瓷热敏电阻出现了,关于这种材料的PTC效应的机理尚处在研究中。本文首次用正电子湮没技术研究这种材料随温度发生的金属-绝缘体(M-I)相变,讨论了正电子湮没参量与材料微观结构变化之间的关系。1.
The positron lifetime spectra of vanadium oxide PTC ceramic samples have been measured within a range from room temperature to 200℃. The relationship between the positron annihilation parameters and the metal-insulator phase transition is discussed. Experimental results show that the positron lifetime spectrum method is a sensitive one for studying the metal-insulator phase transition in ceramics, and the phase transition in (V1-x Crx)2O3 is a gradual process.
