基于计算机仿真技术的新型半主动悬架建模及动力学分析

The modeling and analyzing of new type of semi-active suspension based on computer simulation

摘要 运用EASY5建立了EHA模型,运用机械系统分析软件ADAMS建立了半主动悬架的机械系统模型,运用MATLAB建立了基于模糊算法的控制模型,通过各软件之间的数据接口实现整车联合建模和协同仿真.结果表明:基于EHA的半主动悬架能够很好地降低车辆的垂直振动,提高车辆行驶的平顺性;多软件的协同仿真技术在研究半主动悬架的控制技术上是可行的,为机电液一体的复杂系统的建模和仿真提供了新的思路. EHA model is built with EASY5 software, and mechanism model of suspension system is built with ADAMS software and control model based on fuzzy arithmetic is built with MATLAB software. Accordingly, the modeling and co-simulation of semi-active suspension are achieved. The simulation results show that semi-active suspension that based on fuzzy control arithmetic can reduce vehicle vibration and improve vehicle ride comfort characteristics. Furthermore, simulation results prove the feasibility of co-simulation to research semi-active suspension technology, and offer a new idea for modeling and simulating of complex system that integrated mechanism, electric and hydraulic.
