摘要
对４３例经ＣＴ证实的缺血性脑卒中患者和３０例正常对照组的血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）含量进行了比较分析观察缺血性脑卒中的ＥＴ变化，结果表明卒中的ＥＴ含量明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０００１）。对其中１５例进行了治疗后的复查表明应用钙离子通道阻滞剂和脑活素等治疗后，随着病情好转的同时ＥＴ含量可以下降（Ｐ＜００５）。认为ＥＴ在血浆中的含量可以做为观察缺血性卒中的客观指标之一。
The level of serum endothelin(ET)in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disorders(ICD)diagnosed by CT and in healthy subjects as control was measured comparatively.The results noted that the ET level in patients with ICD was significantly higher than that in the control (P<0 001).Patient′s ET level decreased along with the improvement of patient′s condition after treatment.It is suggested the serum ET level be regard as an objective index of ICD.
