微波消解样品-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定刺参体壁中微量元素 被引量:2

ICP-AES Determination of Trace Elements in Body-wall of Sea Cucumber with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

摘要 刺参体壁中5种微量元素(锌、铁、铜、铬及锰),采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)进行测定。试样置于聚四氟乙烯消解罐中,加入10mol·L^(-1)次氯酸溶液5mL后加盖密闭,在MDS-2003F型密闭压力自控微波消解仪中进行消解,所得溶液供ICP-AES测定。统计检验的结果表明:所测得的结果与常规方法所得结果之间无显著差异。对方法的精密度与回收率作了试验,所测得的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.09%~3.16%之间,回收率在93.4%~102.6%之间。 Five elements, i.e. Zn, Fe, Cu, Cr and Mn of rnicroamounts in body wall of sea cucumber were determined by ICP-AES with sample digestion in MDS-2003F microwave digestor. Five mL of 10 mol ·L^-1 HNO3 were used in the digestion. As shown by data of statistical study, no significant differences were found between the analytical results obtained by the microwave assisted sample digestion and by the conventional method. Precision of the method was tested and values of RSD's (n=5) found were in the range of 1.09% to 3. 16%. Recovery found were in the range of 93. 4%-102. 6%.
