摘要
３１例鼻腔神经组织肿瘤临床与病理分析表明：该类肿瘤是鼻腔内比较少见的肿瘤，可见于各年龄组。病理分类：嗅神经母细胞瘤１８例，黑色素瘤１例，脑膜瘤６例，胶质瘤４例，神经鞘瘤２例。良性肿瘤需手术切除，预后良好，恶性肿瘤不仅需要手术彻底且术后加用放射治疗。对１３例恶性肿瘤进行随访，其１年生存率（１２／１３）为９２．３％，３年生存率（７／１３）为３２．８％，５年生存率（３／１３）为２３．０８％。结合临床表现分析了该类肿瘤在临床与病理诊断中容易误诊的原因，并对病理组织学鉴别诊断进行了讨论。
Thirtyone cases of neurogenesis tumors in nasal cavity were studied .It showed that neurogenesis tumor were rane in nasal and may occur at any age . On the classofoablie of pathology, there were five pattern ,olfactory neuroblastoma 18 cases.Malignaint melanoma 1 cases. meningioma 6 cases, congenital nasal glioma 4 cases. neurinoma 2 cases.Being tumors may be treated by sugical operation and the prognosis is good .Maligant tumora need a combided treatment of both sugical operation and radiotherapy.13 patients of mlignant tumors had been foollwed . 1 year survial rates was (12/13) 92.3% 5 year survial rates was (3/13)23.08%,the causes for the misdiagnosis of such cases were analized in clinical and patholigical term, Their histological identication was also dissussed.
