摘要
本文将滚柱式超越离合器作为一机械系统,提出了滚柱式超越离合器系统可靠度及其零件的可靠度的计算方法;同时提出了滚柱式超越离合器的可靠性优化设计方法。用此方法设计出了结构尺寸合理的新产品。疲劳寿命试验表明在相同的试验条件下新产品的寿命高出原产品的1.5倍以上。
A roller type overrunning clutch is treated as a mechanical system and the reliability calculating method for the clutch and its components as well as the method of reliability-optimization design for the ckutch are presented. New roller clutches have been designed with the method proposed. Tests carried out for the new and old roller clutches show that the fatigue life of the new is 2.5 times as long as that of the old under identical testing conditions.
