摘要
建立了用ICP-AFS同时测定碳酸锂中11种微量金属杂质元素的方法。加入甲烷可改善检出限,方法简便,样品分析结果与AAS法结果一致。
A simultaneous determination procedure for multielements of micro amounts of Na, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Co, Ni, Mn, Zn and Cd in lithium carbonate by ICP-AFS has been presented. The standard addition method can be used to eliminate the matrix and interelement interferences. The detection limits of some elements to be determined can be improved with a concentric flow pneumatic nebulizer and further using methane as reductant.
