摘要
为预测冷锻钢材的延性破裂和变形极限,本文针对静水应力对金属材料内部微孔表面能的影响、静水应力与应力偏量对内部微孔扩展的影响,提出了钢材冷锻时的理论破裂准则,并通过压缩实验和扭、压实验得到验证.
In order to predict the forming limit and ductile fracture during cold forging of steels, a new criterion for ductile fracture of steels in cold forging is proposed with due consideration of the effect of hydrostatic pressure on both the surface energy and the expansion of internal void. It has been verified by compression and press-twist experiment.
