摘要
目的探讨15kg以下小儿体外循环的管理措施。方法回顾性分析112例体重15kg以下小儿体外循环的管理经验。结果平均体外循环转流时间(49.13±22.45)min,105例在开放升主动脉后自动复跳,无一例术中死亡。结论预充、术中超滤的应用、术中维持合适的温度、完善的术中管理是15kg以下小儿体外循环管理的重要环节。
Objective To explore the management of cardiopulmonary bypass in infants with fifteen kilograms. Methods The administrative experience of eardiopulmonary bypass in 112 eases with fifteen kilogram was analyzed. Results The mean time of aortic cross clamping was （49.13 ± 22.45） minutes. 105 eases had spontaneous resuscitation. No ease died during the operation. Conclusions Priming,ultrafihration applied and suitable temperature retained during operation; consummate operative management were the significant elements of the management of eardiopulmonary bypass in children with weight infra -fifteen kilogram.
