摘要
通南巴地区地层复杂,导致井斜控制难度大,机械钻速低,钻井周期长,钻井效率低。分析了该区钻井难点,从钻井工艺上提出了加快通南巴地区钻井效率的技术思路,重点是在上部井段实施空气钻井或垂直钻井;钻遇水层后转化为泡沫钻井或雾化钻井;钻遇须家河含气层时转化为氮气钻井;海相地层推广应用复合钻井技术。对提高通南巴地区钻井速度具有一定的参考价值。
The complex formation in Tongnanba area resulted in controlling difficulty of well bore deviation, low ROP, long drilling cycle and low drilling efficiency. After analysis of drilling difficulties in this area, a new drilling technique to increase drilling efficiency was proposed. The air or vertical drilling was adopted in upper formation; foam drilling or mist drilling in water layer; nitrogen injection drilling in Xujiahe gas bearing formation; combined drilling in marine formation. This new technique is the use of reference for the increase of drilling speed in this area.
