直井复合钻螺杆钻具失效分析 被引量:15

Failure Analysis on Dual-drive Drilling of Downhole Motor Drive Shaft in Vertical Well

摘要 直井复合钻防斜快钻技术是一种高效的钻井技术,具有投入成本低、钻井效果好等优点,是近年来机械钻速快速发展的关键技术之一。但是受螺杆钻具发展和施工工艺控制水平的限制,螺杆钻具井下失效事故时有发生,其中传动轴下部断裂是发生几率最低但后果最为严重的一种失效形式。针对一例传动轴下部断裂事故,详细分析了施工参数、井身质量和所用螺杆钻具结构,指出钻压和扭矩大幅波动及侧向交变载荷是导致螺杆钻具失效的根本原因;提出在恶劣工况下,传动轴壳体带稳定器时传动轴必须配备下防掉装置,同时严格控制作业时间,预防恶性落井事故发生。 Dual-driving drilling Technology in vertical well is a high effective drilling technology with several advantages such as low cost, high drilling effects and so on, and is one of the important and developed techniques of fast penetration in recent years. But accidents of downhole motor have occurred occasionally for the limit of present technique level of downhole motor and drilling controlling, causing large amount economic loss. The fracture rate of bottom section of the driving shaft is low but it has the adverse impact on drilling. In view of fracture incident of bottom driving shaft, this paper dissected drilling parameter, well bore quality and employed downhole motor, then pointed out that WOB and torque significant fluctuations and alternate lateral load were the fundamental reason of failure. Under severe working situation, to prevent malignant accidents, the bottom anti-swap device must be required when driving shaft shell structured with stabilizer, the operation time must be limited.
